Fleury caught tickling the ear of Jets player  4 Days ago

The Vegas Golden Knights took a 2-1 Western Conference finals over the Winnipeg Jets on Wednesday night, and their 4-2 home victory was in large part thanks to standout goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury.

The future Hall of Famer stood on his head - like he often does - making some incredible plays and finished with 33 saves on the night. But he also had an amazingly goofy moment on the ice.

When a scuffle broke out near Fleury and the Knights' goal late in the second period, he saw an opportunity to tickle the ear of Jets winger Blake Wheeler and just went for it.

"I did that?" said a playful Fleury, who also made 33 saves in the win. "There's cameras everywhere."

There sure are - and video of the ear tickle quickly became a big hit on social media.

"I was just sitting there and people, they were fighting," Fleury said, "and (I was) trying to have a little smile by myself. That was it."

Fleury did a lot more than goof off during the Knights' win Wednesday, including making these stellar back-to-back saves.

Game 4 of the Western Conference finals is Friday in Las Vegas at 8 p.m. ET.
